1. Scope of use
SD1000 crawler type full hydraulic core drilling rig is a full hydraulic pressure top drive drilling machine. The drilling machine is mainly used for diamond drilling and cemented carbide drilling, which can meet the requirements of core drilling technology construction of diamond rope.
2. Main features
1). The power head is designed by French technology. The structure is double motor and mechanical shift. It has a wide range of speed change and a large torque at the low speed end. It can meet the requirements of different drilling methods.
2). The power head has the advantages of high transmission accuracy, stable operation and deep hole drilling.
3). The feeding and lifting system adopts the cylinder chain multiplication mechanism, which has a long feeding process and high operation efficiency.
4). The drilling machine has the advantages of fast feeding speed, saving a lot of auxiliary time and improving drilling efficiency.
5). The guide rail of the main tower is of V-shaped structure. The power head is connected with the main tower with strong rigidity and stable rotation at high speed.
