Selection of rotary drilling accessories

There are many kinds of rotary drilling accessories. Different rotary drilling accessories should be selected for different construction sites and different strata.

a. Slag fishing bit and sand bucket shall be used for slag fishing;

b. Barrel bit shall be used for rock stratum with low strength;

c. When a conical spiral bit is used, a special coring bit must be used for core sampling;

d. Rotary drilling bucket shall be used for soil layer;

e. When there is a belled pile, the belled bit shall be used for the belled part;

f. When the rock stratum with high strength collapses and the rotary drilling bucket cannot continue to drill, the cone screw bit shall be used;

The selection of rotary drilling accessories will affect the construction efficiency. If the drilling accessories are selected correctly, the construction efficiency of rotary drilling rig will be greatly improved.
