Hydraulic pile breaker/hydraulic pile cutter The full-hydraulic pile breaker/Cutter is a kind of professional building machine, it is mainly used for cutting and breaking the overburden concrete pile heads. It is applicable to all kinds of pile foundation works such as residence, business, bridges, high-speed rail, highway, subway, and mycicipal engineering. It can finish a clean cut to remove the excess concrete at ground level and at the same time protect the internal steel bars from damage, guaranteeing the foundation piles’ integrity of structure and quality of construction.
Multiple hydraulic cylinders apply synchronous radial pressure to the pile body, creating a uniform and stable fracture section at the target position. This static extrusion method only breaks the excess concrete pile head, without damaging the main reinforcement or the intact pile structure below, which greatly improves the qualified rate of pile foundation acceptance.
Modular design allows flexible combination of modules to adapt to different pile diameters. It delivers 8–15 times higher working efficiency than manual pneumatic breakers, significantly shortening the construction period.
