As a professional dynamic compaction crane manufacturer, Sinovo consistently adheres to the bottom line of safe production, prioritizing personnel and equipment safety, and continuously standardizing the industry's development environment. Leveraging its own professional R&D team and strong technological foundation, the company has cultivated deep expertise in engineering compaction and lifting equipment for many years. Integrating cutting-edge self-developed technologies into product design, it optimizes equipment practicality, reliability, and safety performance while innovating industry construction solutions, comprehensively reducing costs and increasing efficiency for engineering clients, creating long-term value.
Targeting the market demand for small and medium-sized foundation treatment projects, Sinovo launched the YTQH350 hydraulic crawler dynamic compaction machine, specifically designed for construction in low-impact-energy sites such as airports, factories, and highways. With ten core advantages, it has become the preferred equipment for lightweight dynamic compaction construction.
The equipment boasts exceptional adaptability, with a foundation compaction energy reaching 350 t·m, which can be increased to 700 t·m with the addition of a gantry frame, covering most conventional dynamic compaction operations. Powered by a 221kW Cummins Euro IV diesel engine, it offers ample power while being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The chassis is derived from the mature structure of a 65-ton crawler crane, featuring retractable and foldable tracks with a wheelbase of 5090mm, a ground pressure of only 0.073MPa, and a ground clearance exceeding 360mm, ensuring stable passage through muddy and desert sites. The planetary drive components offer strong climbing ability and a low failure rate.
The core structure balances strength and lightweight design. The high-strength pipe-welded boom features a gooseneck extension structure, coupled with a ratchet-locking luffing mechanism, maximizing load-bearing and positioning safety. The lifting winch supports free-fall hooks with a single-rope pull of 13 tons, and a built-in normally closed brake securely locks the hammer, eliminating potential construction hazards. The control system utilizes a pilot-operated load-sensing hydraulic system, supporting controllable free-slip rotation for smooth, shock-free operation. An independent hydraulic cooling system paired with a 500L large-capacity oil tank allows for continuous full-load operation without overheating or shutdown.
The machine boasts comprehensive safety features, including integrated electronic monitoring instruments, a swing lock, boom anti-tipping, and winch over-winding protection, along with automatic alarms for abnormal operating conditions. The cab is equipped with a safety net, a shock-absorbing seat, and a dedicated engineering-grade air conditioner with heating and cooling. Bluetooth audio-visual system and ventilation fans are also included, and a wide field of vision significantly reduces fatigue during extended operation. Transportation has also been optimized; the main unit requires no disassembly, only the boom and counterweight need to be removed for transport. The maximum single load is 32.6 tons, while the split-type counterweight weighs only 7.6 tons, resulting in lower disassembly, assembly, and transport costs.
Industry insiders say that the YTQH350 dynamic compaction machine balances construction performance, operating experience, transportation costs and safety, making it a cost-effective piece of equipment for foundation treatment in small and medium-sized infrastructure projects. It also demonstrates Sinovo's core strength in promoting the upgrading of geotechnical engineering equipment through technological innovation.
