When used machine arrive at Sinovo’s factory, what we will do? What’s reconditioned rotary drilling rig?
We will Performa the following details for delivery.
1. Check the engine by ET system, maintain engine, replace filters, and repair engine, or replace new engine as request’s clients.
2. Check the hydraulic system, reducer, motor, hydraulic cylinder, ect, and repair hydraulic motor, reducer, hydraulic valve, replace the seal and shaft, gear ect as real inspection result.
3. Check the electric system.
4. Check the structure, slewing mechanism, the luffing mechanism, mast ect
5. Check the crawler base, roller and track shoe will replaced as real inspection result.
6. Check the Kelly bar, repair and replace some parts;
7. Clean and Repaint the machine.
