SM1800B Full Hydraulic Crawler Mutil Function Drilling Rigs 20000N Winch Capacity
According to requirements of domestic and international users'engineering, we design and develop model SM1100&SM1800 full hydraulic crawler multi-function drilling rigs on the basis of our SM300 drilling rig.
Full hydraulic crawler multi-function drilling rigs are configured with rotation-percussion rotary head or large torque rotation type rotary head as alternative, and equipped with down-the-hole hammer,which is designed for various hole forming operation. It is suitable for different soil condition,for example gravel layer, hard rock, aquifer, clay, sand flow etc.
This rig is mainly used for rotation percussiondrilling and normal rotation dilling in the project of bolt supporting, slope supporting,grouting stabilization, precipitation hole and underground micro piles, etc.
Main Features
1. Key part-Rotary head
Highly effective rotation-percussion rotary head
Adopts HB50A or HB45A rotary head produced by Thyssenkrupp AG which is a world famous professional of rock drill. This can assure key parts of the machine are stable and reliable.Rotation type rotary head, percussion type rotary head, double motors driven device,which can drill various stratum quickly. It can remove the drill rod easily through striking drill pipe by reverse hammer during the process of drilling.
Self-developed Large torque rotation type rotary head
With large torque and high efficiency, rotation type rotary head driven by double motors can be applied to drill gravel layer and hard rock effectively.Rotation type rotary head driven by single motor is optional for SM1800, which is applicable for different working conditions.
2. Multiple pumps and circums hydraulic system make the machine perdurable and stable with easy operation,lower~fault,clear oil circle.
3. The multiple circums hydraulic control system sharply reduce the use of electrical control units,so it can settle difficult problems of electrical control units being easy out of work and repairing trouble.
4. The engine matchs hydraulic oil pump perfectly, which can reduce the power loss,make the engine lowest consumption,in order to get energy-saving and effectively lengthen the service life of the engine.
5. Multi-functionalization
The idea of multifunction comes from the engine, hydraulic system, performance and structure:
The rig can be equipped with different type rotary heads, and hydraulic percussion drifter to achieve various hole projects.
It can achieve stepless speed regulation during pore forming operation of drlling feding,rotating,impacting etc, which can ensure construction in good quality, high efficient and lengthen service life of rotary head and other key accessories.
The rig is configured with lateral institutions, which assure vertical drilling operation with great convenience,safety and reliability when winch slings drill accessories.
Provide different rotary head types for optional, and rod clamp could be universally composable in accordance with requirements. The rig meets varying drilling technology from performance and structure,etc.
