Basic Information:
TR Series rotary drilling rigs are designed with latest advanced technology composed of advantages based on Caterpillar undercarriage, which are the most versatile and used for deep foundation drilling, such as construction of railway, highway, bridge and skyscraper. Max depths of piling can reach more than 110m and Max Dia. can reach 3.5 m.
The rotary drilling rigs can be specially equipped with telescopic friction & interlocking Kelly bar, and casing oscillator for suiting thefollowing applications:Cased bore piles with casing driven adapter through rotary head or optionally by casing oscillator powered by the base carrier itself; Deep bored piles stabilized by drilling fluid or dry hole;Soil Displacement Piling System.
TR180D rotary driling rig is new designed self-erecting rig which mounted on original Caterpillar 329D base, adopts advanced hydraulic loading back technology, integrates advanced electronic control technology, which makes the whole performance of TR180D rotary drilling rig reach advanced world standards.
It is suitable for the following applications:
1. Dilling with telescopic friction or interlocking kelly bar standard supply.
2. Drilling cased bore piles ( casing driven by rotary head or optionally by casing oscillator).
3. CFA Piles by means of continue auger.
4. Either crowd winch system or hydraulic crowd cylinder system.
5. Hydraulic pile hammer application.
6. Micro piling diling auger application.

Main Features:
1. TR180D rotary dilling rig adopts CAT C7engine with ACERTIM Technology offers more engine power and runs at lower speeds for better fuel efficiency and reduced wear. Turbo suction, supply 187kw , Optimal machine performance, more power output, less emission.
2. The system's circuit adopts Caterpillar hydraulic system main control circuit and pilot control circuit, uses advanced loading back technology which negative flow hydraulic pump with constant power output extremely fit engine output . Pilot control makes the operation flexible,comfortable, exact and safe. Various kinds of hydraulic elements adopted world famous brand, such as Rexroth, Parker, etc. To ensure the hydraulic system is high reliability.
3. Electric systems are from Pal-Fin auto-control, optimal design of electric control system improves the control accuracy and the feedback speed.
4. TR180D has separated axiliary winch collocated on the mast from triangle parts, good view and maintenance more convenient. Compacted Parallelogram structure to reduce the length and height of the whole machine, reduce the machine's request for the work space, easy for transportation.
5. TR1 80D adopts professional rotary head equipped BONFIGLIOLI or Rexroth reducer, and REXROTH or LINDE motor, heavy damping spring on the base of mutilevel shock absorption design , which ensure operate more safe.
6. More reasonable depth measuring device.
7. The newest designed winch drum structure is to avoid steel wire rope tangling and lengthen the service life of steel wire rope.
8. A large-space soundproofed cabin with high-power air condition and luxurious damping seat, provides driver high-comfort and pleasured working environment. At two side, there are very convenient and humanization-designed operating joystick, Touch screen and monitor show the parameters of system,includes warning device for abnormal situation. The pressure gage can also provide more intuitive working condition for the operating driver. It has the pre-automatic detection function before starting the whole machine.
