Our CFA drilling equipment based on continuous flight auger drilling technique is mainly used in construction to create concrete piles. It can construct a continuous wall of reinforced concrete that protects workers during excavation.

1-Dry piles
piling in solid ground without water infiltrations
2-Dry piles with casing protection
Performed when soil is unstable. The casing can be withdrawn or left in situ. Steel casings can be installed by means of the rotary table of the rig, by additional equipment such as hydraulic vibrators or casing oscillator.
When the drilling depth is reached, a steel reinforcement is inserted inside the excav-ated pile and concrete is poured by means of tremie pipes.
3-Wet piles
In some cases there may be a need to employ drilling fluids (such as bentonite suspension or biodegradable polymers) in order to maintain a stable shaft
